Is Sophos Email Encryption works with Exchange 2010? Is there any Add-In for clients running Outlook 2016?

Since the mails will be processed on Central it will encrypt the mails if configured. Please visit our link and there will be an option for a ADD-IN on O365 from Sophos Central.
