Sophos AD Sync installer

May we know what link did you use? Did you download the ADSync set-up through your Sophos central dashboard or via an external link? 

I tried to download the package, and I was able to download it without any issues.

i tried it via the Sophos Central with different Browsers and Logins, all do not work

We have been made aware of an issue that is preventing some customers from downloading the AD Sync tool from Sophos Central. Our team is actively working on a fix. Kindly refer to the following article for a workaround:
