Our Customer Care is Available 24/5 they are available to assist you when you reach them via char or by directly calling our hotline.
Same problem here, login to community is ok,
but new portal refuses our correct password, that worked for older version.
Password reset says "Authentication failed" although I am changin pwd,
not authenticating! With code verified ok.
Trying to chat on support, I am number 1 for 5 minutes, what a heck...!
Likely your account did not setup an Tennant.

same happened here! cannot reset password...always said authentication failed. try many password combinations already....stuck here.
In our case solved by support, found an old registration email, completed registration, that activated already created account, but without possiblity to reset pwd, since account wasnt created completely, i.e. registered
