Greetings Reflexion Partners!

In direct response to partner feedback, we are excited to announce a new monitoring and alerting system designed to proactively alert our partners to any delays in inbound or outbound email processing for Reflexion Total Control (RTC), RADAR and RTC Encryption.  Our new “System Status” page will also track the availability of our user interface.

When you click the link below, you will see a “Manage Notifications” link in the top right corner where you will be able to sign up to receive alerts via email to an external address (e.g., @gmail.com or another ISP) and SMS messages to your cell phone number.  We have developed a separate alerting system for each of our three services, so you will be able to configure notifications for each of the services that your clients are using.

If you are currently using Reflexion’s LabTech or AVG Managed Workplace (formerly Level Platforms) integration, please redirect the monitoring to this new page.  The old monitor page will be retired on 11/30/2013.  This link will also be directly accessible from Reflexion’s Ticketing System and Knowledge Base.  If you have not yet logged into our ticketing system (implemented in June, 2013), you can do so athttp://tickets.reflexion.net.
