New Reflexion IP Subnet
In the past, we have added individual subnets based on IP assignments from our various datacenters. Obtaining our own IP space gives us much better geographic portability and an ability to cycle a much greater number of IP addresses to avoid blacklisting. These are very significant benefits for all of our partners and your clients. Our new subnet is 208.70.208.0/22. If you have not configured access control or a firewall rule to prevent incoming SMTP connections from non-Reflexion subnets, or if you use Hosted Exchange or Google Apps, you do not need to make this change. However, these configurations are HIGHLY recommended. The MX records and Smart Host will remain the same.
Please implement these changes at your earliest availability, as we expect to begin using the IP Addresses on outbound email starting 1/31/2015. Customer firewalls and Exchange access control should now have the following subnets:
Subnets for SMTP on port 25, 2525, 587:
- 208.70.208.0/22 (255.255.252.0)
- 69.84.129.224/27 (255.255.255.224)
For Office 365 you will need to enter the following:

208.70.208.0/24 (255.255.252.0)
208.70.209.0/24 (255.255.252.0)
208.70.210.0/24 (255.255.252.0)
208.70.211.0/24 (255.255.252.0)
Subnets for LDAP on port 389 and 636:
- 208.70.208.0/22 (255.255.252.0)
- 69.84.129.224/27 (255.255.255.224)
