- Updated to include the cause of the issue and included more details on the steps required to resolve the issue
Sophos Central
- Updated to reflect updated information on collecting HAR. Incorrect information regarding Microsoft Edge has also removed as it will cause HAR to not display on Microsoft Edge

- Describe how to add app groups. The topic was available in the Mobile on-premise and Mobile in Central (Standard and Advanced license) help sets, but not in Mobile in Central (Intercept X for Mobile license).
