- Updated the "Via Console (SFOS 17.5 and later)" section to indicate that it is also applicable for later versions of SFOS. Mentioned that the command RESET in step two is all uppercase. Added steps 8 and 9 in the "Sophos Firewall Hardware Appliance" section.
- New information added to reflect an accurate and clearer explanation of the scenarios involved with HA licensing behavior during a failover.
Sophos Central
- Updated to clarify which OS uses LSP or WFP as the interception method. Outdated information on Windows XP and 2003 was also removed.
- Added information on when Microsoft ended support for Windows 7, Server 2008 and SBS 2011. Added clarification that these OS can still be protected and will continue to update until 31 December 2021.
- Updated to show the updated documentation links for Mac and Windows. Suggested that the option "Computer description override" is removed for Mac and Windows. Advised for the addition of the option "Registration server" in Windows and that the parameter for the same option is changed from --mgmtserver to --epinstallerserver.
Sophos Endpoint and Encryption
- Removed information regarding unsupported OS - Windows XP and Win2003.
- Added some steps on how to check the in place .Net framework and how to choose the latest available for the OS. For Windows 10 machines, some versions of the .net framework aren't supported.
Wireless
- Added links under related information providing more details on the product and the troubleshooting
Competitive removal tools
- Updated to show the updated CRT versions table.
