Attachment Campaign not working

Hello,

we are using the phish threat product for a quiet a bit now and we want to start an attachment campaign.

The Sophos system is not recognizing when a user has opend the attachment. Other E-Mail campaigns are working fine and everything for sophos has been allowed for our firewalls.

We are using Office 365 and after opening the document, word warns for attachments and it has opend the document in the protected view. But also when I activate the editing, sophos is not recognizing that I opend the attachment. So what is the word document communicating to? I there anything we have to setup?
