When is setup a campaign in PhishThreat it never sends emails to users, it says "Error Sending". I have added the IP addresses as well as the domain names to whitelist. When I send a test email it says it will arrive in up to 5 minutes but it is never received. I have checked our SPAM filter and there is nothing there from any of the domains we had to whitelist. Support has not been of any help except to continually escalate the case.
