Sophos Central Account Issue

Hello,

I am trying to log in cloud.sophos.com and my password is not accepted. I select "Forgot Password", I enter my email and click on "Forgot Password", but I never receive an email from the system. If I go to create a new account, it tells me that there is already an account with my email!

Any ideas how to manage to log in Sophos Central?

Hi Odysseas,

Does your email address have an official domain (your work email) or public domain (google, yahoo etc)?
