Exploit Prevention policy cannot open & setting

Hi , 

I've a question with EXP .  when I installed EXP on client pc then Console cannot open policy setting .(before client installed , this policy can setting normal)

I restart Sophos services & reboot server , this issue still going . 

Any idea to check root cause ?

    My customer using trial license now , because new license(include exp ) start day is July 1.

    If customer's user more than 700u , it effect exp funciton?

     

    I've check on the endpoints , it is installed normal.
