Exploit Prevention policy cannot open & setting

Hi , 

I've a question with EXP .  when I installed EXP on client pc then Console cannot open policy setting .(before client installed , this policy can setting normal)

I restart Sophos services & reboot server , this issue still going . 

Any idea to check root cause ?

    if you go to the Update managers view and open a subscription what does it say for License family?

    You have checked on the endpoints that it is installed, haven't you? If you click through the Protect Computers wizard is Exploit Prevention among the features? Just asking whether everything else looks correct.
