We have a device that isn't registered in Sophos Central, so must have been deleted as a device.
So now we can't disable Tamper, I have tried doing via the registry but it wont let me, any ideas?

Could you please follow the steps as mentioned in this video and see if it helps to recover the tamper, then you should be able to reinstall the endpoint. You can also try re-registering the endpoint as mentioned herewith SophosSetup.exe --registeronly.
