not sure which product you are referring to, to my knowledge Enterprise appears in the current product line-up only in Server Protection.
Anyway, AFAIK the Endpoint licenses are subscriptions and not for resale (unless of course you are a reseller). For Central managed installations Central counts the licenses, for on-premise SESC it's your conscience that is expected to interpret the numbers in the console.

I am referring to Enterprise console 5.5 and I wanted to understand if it was possible, in some way distinguish between licenses NFR and normal licenses, but if I understood correctly is only a commercial question.

are you an MSP?
SEC doesn't count licenses, it doesn't even really "know" what a license or license type is (even though it does display the License family). Similarly you can't "distinguish" Endpoint and Server Protection licenses.

I work for a company MSP I had some doubts about the argument. I had looked for information on the Sophos website but I was not sure I had all the information I was looking for.

All licensing information is stored in the license agreement (You should have received a pdf file with the details). There is no way to see this on the Enterprise Console. 

From the console, you can determine the number of licenses being used by looking at the number of managed computers.

You can vote the existing feature request for the license details added in SEC.
