GoToMyPC User Blocked By Firewall

Last week, out of the blue and during a snow storm, a user was unable to access GoToMyPC from her home laptop and iPad. She received an “Entry Protect blocked this screen capture” error. I have spoken with GTMP and they stated this is a firewall issue. All of our other GTMP users are just fine. The user that received this error is using the firewall option of Sophos and GTMP said that is where the issue resides. I have whitelisted GTMP’s domain within that particular policy and still no luck. Something changed on Sophos’s end and propagated down to us causing this issue. Any thoughts on this?
