why do I have so many systems at risk?

These are the alerts I am seeing.  I do not see 18 systems at risk.  How do I get a list of the 18 systems and what the issues are?

Have a look at this KB for reasons for seeing a Red Status: How to remediate a Red health status

One of them includes a service missing or not running as displayed on your Central

Could you go to those endpoints with that alert to see if service actually is missing or just stopped?

So I physically have to go around to 18 different endpoints and see that the services have stopped?

Why are the services stopping?  This is crazy that I have revisit all these endpoints physically after I already went to each one to install the software.

That doesn't sound right to me at all

There is a currently known issue regarding these alerts. Have a read at our KB: Sophos Central: Alerts for missing/stopped services for Windows computers
