i successfully installed sophos on my PC but i'm not able to see the PC details in Sophos Console.
I can only see the Computer name, someone have any idea?
Chances are RMS is not working. Is this the only PC with an issue?
Have you opened up ports 8192 and 8194 TCP on the management server?
Ideally open 8194 on the client.

The best places to start is the last Router log on the client: \programdata\sophos\remote management system\3\router\logs\, maybe you can attach it.

on my new mac prothat is running Catalina? AFAIK Big Sur is not supported by the current SAV 9.10. Anyway, if the Mac did "appear" in the console then RMS is at least in principle working.
