Sophos STANDALONE AV unable to update

Question

Hello, 
 
 we are using "Endpoint Protection Advanced - Competitive Upgrade" 
 It is not possible to run Update on standalone notebooks used outside from company network, with installed standalone version of sophos AV. 
 
 Is it possible, that our product version does not allow direct updating standalone sophos AV from Sophos servers? 
 We do not have a dedicated Sophos Update Server in our DMZ, just a SEC Server which can not be reached from outside. 
 
 A logfile is attached below.

 Please help!

 not the accounts set during install, nor "your" Sophos account but the one from the license schedule you used to configure the update manager:
