blocking of Adware and PUA application

HI,

 

If we add an application as adware and PUA how can we block it so that application is not installed or if installed it is not executed on end user.

    Hello sudheer,

    add an application as adware and PUA
    you can't add an application in this category, if (on-access) scanning for PUAs they'll be blocked except those you authorize. You also can't add a controlled application. If you decide to block a controlled application it's blocked or just logged depending on the Detect but allow to run setting.

    Hi sudheer kumar,

    If you would like to add an application that is not listed in the policy section you will need to raise an Application Control request > Select Application Control. You will be asked for basic information about the application as well as the executable file required to run the application.
