We are having some issues with uninstalling the old On-Prem Endpoint Anti-virus so we can move to Sophos Central. The migration tool has it's own issues, but this is for machines that we are trying to uninstall Sophos manually.
We are following KB12360 in our uninstall procedure, but when we get to Anti-virus, it has been hanging very early in the process.
It will sit like this until I reboot. Cannot even Cancel out of this.
I have tried the Microsoft Unstaller app mentioned in another post but same results.
Logs - I've looked where I think they would be, but any other suggestions would be great.
