Credentials Primary location Sophos autoupdate

I installed a standalone version of Sophos Endpoint Protection and I want to configure the autoupdater of Sophos.

On the primary location it asks for the address and username and password.

I clicked on the address 'Sophos'. And I typed the username and password from the licence file, but it says: "Updating Failed".

In the log file I got the message: ERROR: Could not find a source for updated packages".

What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Are you able to find and attach the alupdate trace log file under:

\programdata\sophos\autoupdate\logs\

Can you also confirm if there are any firewall/proxy configuration on the network that could be blocking the traffic?
