SAV for NetApp - Lots of file open failures in the statistics

Hi,

we are using two W2K16 Servers to Scan our NetApp with OnTap 9.5P2.
The Servers are connected to the NetApp, in principle it works.
But I have lots of file open failures in the statistics of the Sophos MMC (up to 20 percent).
What can I do to find out the reason for that?

Hi Marco,

File open failures Increments when attempts are made to access a viral file on the filer, or access to the file that needs scanning was denied by OS for some other reason.

Hi Marco,
