On-access scan encountered an error (0x80070005) whilst initializing

Hi Faye,

When does this error occur, is it just when the server boots; or is it when trying to configure the On-Access options within the Sophos for Microsoft SharePoint administration console?

no boot are related to this events.
This happens 3-4 time every days, today:

with the suggested KBA unfortunally the problem is not solved, we have different events:

An application error was encountered (details: 'On-access scan encountered an error (0x80070005) whilst scanning') in file 

It's possibile that this events cause problem directly to sharepoint.

Before this I find this evets:

I think we will need to log a support call to get the full logs (SDU) from the machine.
