I have experienced this issue when we were on the On Prem version of Sophos and see it occurring in SC as well, is there a fix for this? I see a potential issue here being, once we roll out the Central SAV Mac client to our users, then we will have duplicate entries for users, 1 instance being the account synced with AD and the other instance being the 'computername\username'. Thus requiring policies needing to be reapplied to this "new" group of duplicated accounts.
