SAV for Mac OS and AD synced users 'computername\user' instead of 'domain\user'?

 I have experienced this issue when we were on the On Prem version of Sophos and see it occurring in SC as well, is there a fix for this? I see a potential issue here being, once we roll out the Central SAV Mac client to our users, then we will have duplicate entries for users, 1 instance being the account synced with AD and the other instance being the 'computername\username'. Thus requiring policies needing to be reapplied to this "new" group of duplicated accounts.

Hmm, I have not been able to get the config file changes shown in that doc to work, but what I have been noticing in the past few installs we have done on macs, is that they are now properly communicating the user account as domain\username. These deployments were done by selecting the AD synced user in the console and sending them an email so I am not sure if that has anything to do with it. So the issue may be resolved from what I am seeing, I will test deploying to a few more Macs using other deployment methods to verify.
