Can't disable Tamper Protection - the password from the Cloud Portal doesn't work

I've got a Windows 10 client that has apparently lost it's connection to the Cloud Console.  In the console there's no activity logged for weeks, and the Tamper Protection password generated on the console doesn't work on the client.

I'd like to figure out how either to re-establish the connection between the client and console or how to disable tamper protection in order to remove and reinstall Sophos on the client.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
