We did a trial run of Intercept X but we encountered major issues with it breaking programs that use ntdll.dll. Support was unable to solve the problem so we decided not to continue using the product. That said, it appears to be automatically installing on our new endpoints causing a large number of program crashes. I am trying to open a support case over the phone, but having trouble getting through to someone. Does anyone know how to remove the Intercept X piece, but leave the Endpoint Protection in place?
Thanks in advance.
