I've seen this twice now on two different machines, the webcam is detected over and over and over again logging thousands of entries.
Nothing obviously or apparently wrong with the machine, and seems to stop doing it after a while.
It may be co-incidence but both times it was an internal Dell webcam - nothing obvious shows in the DC logs other than an entry every 5 seconds when it thinks it's detected the webcam.
