Can you list the steps you used to install the agent?  That  will  determine what needs to be done next

I've download the agent from Sophos Central > Protect Devices > Endpoint Protection > Download Windows Installer. For Servers Download Windows server Installer from same path.

Was this ever resolved for you? I'm running into the same thing and not sure if I truly have Intercept-X installed or not.

You may check in your Sophos UI and check in About . You may see the components installed on your system .

What application are you running there? Sophos UI, what is that? Here is what your customers actually have.

Notice no indication of Intercept-X.

How can I go about updating to the new Sophos version 11.5.2?

Our current 11.3.1 Cloud version seems to think it is on the latest build.

Is the Endpoint Managed by Cloud or Enterprise console.?

Furthermore , as per information available the Migration will take place before 9th of November. Make sure your Endpoint is Updated and valid subscription on interceptX and Endpoint
