I plan to install sophos relay server and other client will connect to this server to get update and policy. For this relay server as sophos document it should be window server and anyone have this installations guide for this relay server ? and could you pls explain for this relay server installations. I plan to use window server 2019.

Please refer to these steps to set up update cache and message relay:
1. Sign in to Sophos Central.
2. Go to My Products > General Settings.
3. Under General, select Manage Update Caches and Message Relays.
4. In the list of devices, you can view which devices have updated caches and message relays.
5. To set up a cache or relay on a specific device, click the link displaying the number of computers in the Using Cache or Relay row.
6. A window will appear listing the devices using the Update Cache/Message Relay.
7. Click the Manual Assignment link to manually assign devices to a cache or relay.
8. Move the devices you want to assign to the Update Cache or Message Relay to the Assigned Devices list and click Save.
