  Thanks for your reply and this server need to install sophos EP  ? coz i checked this document and i did not see the step up guide of relay installations on window server.

In short, you enable the server to be a relay using the Sophos Dashboard and the Sophos Endpoint agent does the rest.

Please refer to these steps to set up update cache and message relay: 

1. Sign in to Sophos Central.

2. Go to My Products > General Settings.

3. Under General, select Manage Update Caches and Message Relays.

4. In the list of devices, you can view which devices have updated caches and message relays.

5. To set up a cache or relay on a specific device, click the link displaying the number of computers in the Using Cache or Relay row.

6. A window will appear listing the devices using the Update Cache/Message Relay.

7. Click the Manual Assignment link to manually assign devices to a cache or relay.

8. Move the devices you want to assign to the Update Cache or Message Relay to the Assigned Devices list and click Save.

Yes, this server has to have an installation of Sophos endpoint as well.

If this system shows up in your Sophos central account after you installed the Sophos endpoint software and rebooted, you can add the functionality to act as update cache and message relay server from Sophos central.
