Can you share with us any error message on the endpoint whenever you try to connect that removable device to your device? Share with us the snapshot if there's any for us to validate
Also, you confirm if you have a peripheral control policy applied to your device that blocks any removable device on your system?
I don't know that nothing blocks laptops usb-devices?
