Error when installing Sophos-SPL on Centos 7

I keep getting this error on one server. I have tried to reboot and run with the override flag and no change.


Performing pre-installation checks to verify whether SPL can be installed on this machine
INFO: Verifying connections to Sophos Central
INFO: Server can connect to Sophos Central directly
INFO: Verifying connections to Sophos Update Service (SUS) server
INFO: Server can connect to the SUS server (https://sus.sophosupd.com) directly
INFO: Verifying connections to the CDN server
INFO: Server can connect to CDN address (https://sdds3.sophosupd.com) directly
INFO: Connection verified to CDN server, server was able to download all SPL packages directly
SPL can be installed on this system based on the pre-installation checks

Installing to /opt/sophos-spl
Forcing install
Installation process for Sophos Protection for Linux started
Attempting to connect to Sophos Central
Successfully verified connection to Sophos Central
ERROR - SSPL base product name : ServerProtectionLinux-Base not in the subscription of the policy.
ERROR: Failure: ALC policy is empty
Failed to register with Central (Error code = 53)
Copying SPL logs to /tmp/SophosCentralInstall_3mq7MGe/logs
Removing /opt/sophos-spl

    I suggest you to perform the below steps:

    To download and run the installer, do as follows: 

    1. Go to Protect Devices. 
    2. Click Download Linux Server Installer. 

    Alternatively, to download the installer from a command line or script, do as follows: 

    1. Right-click the installer link and copy the link address. 
    2. On the Linux server, at a command prompt or in a script, use wget with the link address: 
    3. Command: sudo wget {Linux installer link}  
    4. Change permission to include "Execute" permission:  
      1. Sudo chmod +x SophosSetup.sh or sudo chmod 777 SophosSetup.sh  
    5. Run installer: sudo ./SophosSetup.sh --notest
