Intercept X - core agent updates

Yes, that´s the screenshot i posted above. So does Sophos decide whats the best version for me ?

2023.1 core agent is still rolling out to endpoints as far as I understand. It hasn’t started to go to servers yet. Different accounts are in different groups. If you are waiting for a specific charge/fix in the version based on the release notes or a support case you can contact support to have your account upgraded. I would expect in the next couple of weeks you will get it automatically.

Ah okay... I was just a bit confused by reading from people that have many problems due to core agent updates. And I didnt get one in a year, so I thought there might be something wrong  But as I understand everything works as expected. Thanks for your explanation.

Quick Update: Core Agent gets updated to version 2023.1.2.3 since last week. So everything works as expected.
