Manual malware cleanup required: 'Unknown Threat' at 'null'

Upon further checking, this is a known issue and should be fixed after the release of  Core Agent to Version 2023.1.2. 
The release window will start on June 21 till July second week, Assuming that there's no further delay. 

We received the same alert today (Aug 10, 2023) with the following description - "Manual malware cleanup required: 'Unknown Threat' at 'null'. 

We are using core agent - 2023.1.2.3.

Is there any action we need to take?

Could you try checking the logs at "C:\ProgramData\Sophos\EndpointDefense\Logs\SSP.log" to see what the actual detection was? 

I'd suggest raising a case with Sophos Support with this information.
