Sophos no deja entrar a mis usuario a una pagina de gobierno (egob.finanzas.cdmx.gob.mx/.../a) porque una aplicación que usa la categoriza como "Mal/HTMLGen-A". Ya puse la pagina en una whitelist y nada.

When testing this on a local device, the detection I see states:
Access was blocked to "global.e-gob.app" because of "Mal/HTMLGen-A".
You will need to add the Threat Protection exclusion for the website "global.e-gob.app" instead of the link you provided in the original post, as this is the specific element in the webpage which is being blocked.
I was able to test this and can confirm it is working as expected after adding this exclusion.
