I tried to rename the first computer and the problem was fixed, but now I'm trying to rename two more computers but I'm still getting the same issue.

Can you provide the logging from the last update from \ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs\SophosUpdate.log. I assume it's installed OK rather than the initial install?

Without the SophosUpdate.log it would be hard to say. I would suggest note the time, call update now from the UI. Open: \ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs\SophosUpdate.log
Find where the last update started and make that text available here. Thanks.
Can you confirm what OS is running on the machine?
Have you properly excluded the SDDS3 URLs from any filters or firewalls upstream from the workstation?
Is this happening all the time or only when the machine comes out of sleep?

Windows 10, and it is happening even I am running on the machine with remote desktop, other windows 10 are no problems, so I don't know why? Is it show error because of some windows update? Thanks
What's in the updater log? If you go to the Endpoint Self Help tool - what does it say there for the error?
