Installation caught error SDDS3 sync failed

I tried to rename the first computer and the problem was fixed, but now I'm trying to rename two more computers but I'm still getting the same issue.

Fixed, just uninstalled HP preinstalled program, anyway thanks

Can you provide the logging from the last update from \ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs\SophosUpdate.log. I assume it's installed OK rather than the initial install?
