Unable to Login on Sophos Central Admin Dashboard

Hi MehdiAm,

Maybe this issue is caused by an Ad-Blocker. If you are using an Ad-Blocker try what happens after you deactivate the Ad-Blocker. After a successfull authentication you are normally redirected to: https://central.sophos.com/manage/overview/dashboard for testing purposes you could try what happens when you enter that URL after you end up at the blank page.

Thank you for your revert.

Even when my ad-blocker is deactivated, I get the same issue.

Now when I try access the dashboard directly by entering the URL, I get the below screen

I can login without any problems into my account, also the Sophos Central statuspage shows all green (see: Status Page for Sophos Central powered by StatusCast). The next things I would try are a different browser or even a different computer.

If neither work then then next step would be to open a support case via the support site: https://support.sophos.com.

I've had this issue too.  When my Safari browser automatically inserts the 2FA texted code, it also automatically sends a 'return' which makes the page process the code.  If I'm not paying attention, I also hit the return key and the result is what you see.  I now wait for the Central home page to appear and all is ok after that.
