Sophos Installation exit code 10, 66 and 64

The issues occurs in 2012 R2, 2016 and 2019 Windows OS. Yes, there was previous installation exist on the servers.

Hi Gurdeep,

You need to remove the previous installation on this server before you proceed with installing a fresh one. You can use Sophos ZAP to clean up this server. Refer to this documentation.

Thanks for reply. I will try and share the results. In the meantime, could you please provide any link or doc where I can find the description of these exit codes. I found other exit codes but not for these ones. Please help.

The description for these exit codes might not be available, which suggests that our internal teams use these codes to investigate issues.
