Central.Sophos - "One moment while we sign you in..."

I was recently added as an Admin for my client sophos account and am unable to sign in as referenced in these threads:

Tried multiple work stations and cleared cache/cookies but no success. I shouldn't have to have a new account created since it was just made should I? 

Any help on this would be great.
