Some Sophos services are not running

Kindly validate if you have already allowed all necessary permission on your device by following this article.
You may also apply the below steps

Boot into macOS Recovery mode.
Open Terminal.
Run the command: /usr/sbin/spctl kext-consent add 2H5GFH3774
Reboot the affected Mac

Can you confirm the current version of your installed endpoint on your system? it should be version 10.0.4

Yes, having the latest version of the endpoint is important as a fix has been already pushed for the recent issue after big sur has been released more details has been described on this KB Article

The version is 10.8.10.3

The version number belongs to a Sophos Windows endpoint, while the service you've stated isn’t running is a Sophos service for a Mac endpoint. Can you please confirm the version of Sophos endpoint and the macOS version running on your Mac device?
