Open Terminal.
Run the command: /usr/sbin/spctl kext-consent add 2H5GFH3774
Reboot the affected Mac

The version number belongs to a Sophos Windows endpoint, while the service you've stated isn’t running is a Sophos service for a Mac endpoint. Can you please confirm the version of Sophos endpoint and the macOS version running on your Mac device?
