Hi all,

This logs appears in the server.

Sophos Endpoint Protection is removed and ERROR LOGS are gone. What was the problem?

For re-installation, What kind of user credentials necessary for correct installation?

Could you please help us with more details about the version of the Sophos Endpoint you are using? Also, please help us with the error under the event logs.

Hi Shweta

There was no correct solution given from Support engineers.

Then uninstalled agent from the server. Then re-installed with a user with admin privileges.

Logs are gone.

No support taken (this is bad)

After installing with admin privilege, are you still seeing the same error under event logs?
