Kernel-EventTracing ID2 error in Windows Server

Hi all,

This logs appears in the server.

Sophos Endpoint Protection is removed and ERROR LOGS are gone. What was the problem?

For re-installation, What kind of user credentials necessary for correct installation?

Hi Shweta

There was no correct solution given from Support engineers.

Then uninstalled agent from the server. Then re-installed with a user with admin privileges.

Logs are gone.

No support taken (this is bad)

After installing with admin privilege, are you still seeing the same error under event logs?

Hi Shweta Logs started to reappear again. Dont know why..

No password change made for the user who installed the endpoint agent
