[New]Sophos Endpoint for Mac loading services error

Hi Sophos Support,

please find attachment.

I'm installing Sophos Endpoint for Mac OS Catalina but it start with error, I've followed the instruction and restarted computer but it still show error.

Below services are not started:

SophosCryptoGuard, SophosEventMonitor, SophosScanD, SophosWebIntelligence

Update:

After moved below to "Full Disk Access" still the same error:

SophosCleanD,

SophosScanAgent

SophosServiceManager

Sophos Diagnostic Utility

SophosEndpointUIServer

Sophos Live Response

OS: 10.15 added additional privacy preferences

The JAMF website can't open, is anyone know how to troubleshoot it and can help?
