Hello, Installed sophos endpoint on Mac. Here is the result. Reinstall didn't solve anything. Some Sophos services are not running/missing SophosAutoUpdate SophosAntiVirus Not started: SophosCryptoGuard Not started: SophosEventMonitor Not started: SophosScanD SophosCleanD SophosConfigD SophosSXLD SophosMcsAgentD SophosHealthD Not started: SophosWebIntelligence

Hi Max Shim You may need to provide few permissions in the Catalina as third party application have restrictions over accessing few locations. Please refer to this article and also the video mention in the article to provide permission. Please let us know if that resolves the issue.

Installed sophos endpoint on Mac. Here is the result. Reinstall didn't solve anything.

Some Sophos services are not running/missing
