Overview
Since October 31st customers have not been able to load central.sophos.com using the Internet Explorer browser. A white screen will be shown instead of the expected login page. Please use an alternate browser to access this page in the interim of this being resolved. (eg. Edge/Chrome/FireFox/Safari)
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s)
All Sophos Central Dashboard login pages.
Impact
Customers will not be able to access Sophos Central portals using Internet Explorer.
Current status
Nov. 9th - Sophos Engineering are investigating this issue.
What to do
Please use a different supported web browser to login to central.sophos.com - Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari
