Security Heartbeat shows red after successful update

Hello,

i have a problem with the security heartbeat status. Right now a notebook has a red status in the firewall and i can't see any reason behind this. The only event in sophos central for this notebook for today is this:

That is the exact time when the status changed to red and it is not reverted back to green, even an hour later. If i look in the clients events list, i can't even see that there was an update installed. Since we configured to lock out red status clients, this notebook is not able to communicate to any Server that has Intercept X Advanced installed. The installed client itself shows that everything is fine and all services are running.

Seriously, this drives me nuts! It's the second time in two days that the status changed to red for no reason. Neither the Central log nor the client log shows anything that could explain this. If that is the way Heartbeat works, then im glad we haven't started yet to migrate all our customers to Sophos!
