Sophos Central Encryption

Hi,

We have just upgraded to Sophos Central Encryption from Sophos SafeGuard.

Does Tamper Protection need to be disabled when triggering the user to change a PIN or even when setting up for the first time.

We seem to have to disable it to get the install to encrypt, get a pin and even prompt the pin when we try recovering?
